What is a Hub Circle?

The Female Hub’s Hub Circles bring ambitious women together monthly in small co-learning circles to connect, learn, and grow, both professionally and personally. Together.

It’s not another course or networking club, but a guided 10-month journey that combines authentic conversations, expert support, and real transformation together with like-minded peers.  

Each circle runs for ten months and combines: 

  • Expert facilitation
  • Peer learning
  • Structured reflection
  • Practical tools for leadership and business growth

Each Hub Circle is specifically curated with different focus points and learning objectives. This ensures that participants are in similar places in their career and goals. Spaces are limited, and we launch new Hub Circles every year. We value shared intelligence and feedback, and your participation and input will also help shape future Hub Circles.  

Who is this Hub Circle for?
You’ve grown your business and now find yourself leading a team. Learning to delegate, trust others, and step into a more strategic role is now part of your everyday routine. This Hub offers a space to evolve as an entrepreneur, leader, and individual, supported by a small circle of peers who truly understand your stage of the journey and guided by a professional facilitator who helps deepen reflection and growth.

Programme duration:
10 months (May 2026 – February 2027)

Facilitation:
Guided by a uniquely skilled facilitator, bringing in-depth expertise and personalized group support.

Group size:
5 – 8 participants

Focus:
The founder is growing her business and team.

Who is this Hub Circle for?
You’re a solopreneur with a global mindset. A founder, coach, or consultant shaping something that’s truly yours. You’ve built your path with passion and independence, and now you’re seeking a space to share experiences, challenge yourself, and grow with other women who understand the journey you’ve had so far. This Hub offers the clarity, connection, and inspiration to take your next step in business and beyond.

Programme duration:
10 months (January – October 2026, ongoing)

Facilitation:
Guided by an internal facilitator of Doors Open – Institute for Corporate Sociology, bringing structure, momentum, and a supportive framework for collective growth within a safe and inspiring environment for open exchange and shared learning.

Group size:
8 – 12 participants

Focus
Collaborative exchange and peer reflection.

€900,- (excl. VAT)

We will officially launch more Hubs running from September 2026 – June 2027, so if your ideal Hub Circle is not among the first two, we would love to hear your ideas.
