At The Female Hub, we believe that empowering women creates ripple effects across organizations and society. As part of Doors Open – Institute for Corporate Sociology, and through Embodied Leadership, we encourage women across all industries to grow as authentic, confident leaders and to shape workplaces where everyone can belong and thrive. 

At The Female Hub, through our L&D and DEI experise, we support women’s full and effective participation, professional development, and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels. Our work is directly aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals: 

How we create change

Through our focus collective intelligence, we help female entrepreneurs start up their business, encourage women take up more space at the leadership table, and even create the table itself! 

Our work can be seen across all levels of the community:  

  • Individual: Strengthening confidence, self-awareness, and leadership capacity through coaching and Embodied Leadership so that women can more easily take a seat at any table.
  • Organizational: Encouraging inclusive and equitable workplace cultures by consulting organisations on inclusion, creating women’s leadership programs, and participating in panel discussions  
  • Societal: Contributing to a more balanced and diverse leadership landscape, through our work with charities focusing on creating equal opportunities like Mijn Buuf.
