It is no secret that…

women have been and remain under-represented in leadership positions. The further up the ladder you go, the fewer women you will find; only 5% of Fortune 500 companies’ CEOs are female, and men make up 80% of corporate boards.

women have been and remain under-represented in leadership positions. The further up the ladder you go, the fewer women you will find; only 5% of Fortune 500 companies’ CEOs are female, and men make up 80% of corporate boards.

What would happen if there were more women in leadership?

Benefit Female Leadership Development

It is important to facilitate women’s access to leadership positions and to promote an environment in which they are empowered and heard. To go from awareness to action, an embodied approach is needed. In this way, women can own their abilities and be advocates for themselves and their peers. In parallel, organizations can tap into the huge potential and qualities that women possess to ultimately help them flourish.

…This is where The Female Hub comes in!

We focus on the qualities and skills of the individual, and through embodied learning, aim to make women the best leader they can be while remaining true to their authentic selves, regardless of the environment they are in.

This is necessary in order to navigate through the complexity of today’s world that is also reflected within organizations as well as in the challenges women experience in the workplace.

Thus, we have established the Women in Leadership tracks, that all focus on empowering women in leadership to be the best leaders they can be.

Women in Leadership

There is no set finish line in the pursuit of becoming the best leader you can be. The track to becoming an embodied leader is not a linear or standardized process. As a woman in leadership, you will have decisions to make, challenges to face, and hurdles to overcome which require embodiment, resilience, and adaptability.

We have established different tracks based on our embodied approach to support you in becoming the best leader you can be, depending on your needs and goals at any point in your development.

Our Embodied Learning Approach

What if we told you it is possible to be the best version of yourself, no matter what environment you’re in?

With embodied learning, knowledge is retained and utilised not only from a cognitive understanding but from a felt experience in the body, meaning you will be able to take new actions aligned with your values, and no matter the pressures you are under.

The Embodied Leadership Way

Embodiment is when your actions consistently reflect your values and your commitment, especially under pressure. When you stay embodied under pressure, you become an inspiring leader in your personal life and in your team. All tracks developed and facilitated by Doors Open Female Hub are based on Embodied Learning.

Drive Change

Our approach focuses on empowering women to discover their strengths, the values they stand for, increase their confidence, adaptability and resilience through embodied learning. We support women in becoming drivers of change within their organizations, and to actually live their leadership everyday.

Sustainable Results

Without a doubt it is not always easy to be a woman in leadership. The environment can be stressful, full of biases and the pressure is real. What determines the success of any leadership training or team-building program is how you handle newly acquired skills, behavior, and context under pressure. Neuroscience tells us that embodied practice is where real, sustainable behavior change occurs. We enable Sustainable Change.

Holisitic

Considering the widely observed challenges women face in the workplace, it is important to address these with a holistic approach. We do this by not only focusing on women in leadership but also the organizations they work in. Through our tracks, we strive to raise awareness surrounding these challenges and provide women and organizations with the tools and strategies to work with them.
