Our Research

Our approach and tracks are based on extensive research projects conducted by our own team. The various qualitative studies include both desk research and interviews with different target audiences to uncover what is already out there, what the needs and wants are, and what is still needed for women in leadership as well as the field of diversity and inclusion.

The areas of research we have currently explored in-depth range across: women in leadership positions, self-efficacy, mentoring, gender biases, work-life balance.

Stay tuned! We will publish the findings and results soon.
